Our “I’m on Time”® technology dynamically adjusts green signal duration based on real-time traffic conditions throughout the day. Using advanced smart algorithms, the system detects when a line starts to form on one side of the construction zone and automatically extends the green time to effectively deal with congestion. This innovative feature optimizes traffic flow, reduces driver frustration and reduces the need for manual intervention, ensuring seamless and adaptive operation in every situation.

Our optional Radar Vehicle Detection feature increases work zone safety and efficiency by detecting oncoming vehicles and dynamically adjusting green light duration. This is particularly useful when traffic is heavy on one side, ensuring a smoother flow and reducing delays. Fully customizable, operators can set minimum and maximum green times, as well as extensions for detected vehicles, adapting the system to any work zone or traffic conditions. By eliminating unnecessary wait times – like sitting at a red light with no oncoming traffic – this feature reduces driver frustration and keeps traffic flowing smoothly.
Timer
Our portable traffic lights are equipped with an integrated countdown timer on the yellow signal aspect as a standard feature, ensuring better traffic flow and safety. While competitors may offer timers, they tend to be sold as expensive add-ons, making our solution better all-round and value-oriented right out of the box.

Green on demand
When the Green on Demand function is activated, the master and slave units remain in the full red signal phase until a vehicle is detected on either unit. Once a vehicle is detected, the corresponding signal automatically switches to green, allowing traffic to flow. This first-come, first-served system ensures efficient signal operation by reducing unnecessary waiting time and minimizing queuing. Green on Demand optimizes traffic flow throughout the day, dynamically adjusting to traffic density to provide seamless and efficient control in any scenario.
Safer roads
Our portable traffic lights feature advanced radio communication technology, ensuring synchronized operation between the master and slave units. In conventional systems, radio interference often interferes with communication, forcing the lights into a flashing yellow phase. This can cause serious problems in single-lane construction zones, especially long zones where drivers on opposite sides cannot see each other. Vehicles entering from either end can meet in the middle, leading to confusion, delays and possible accidents. With our innovative smart technology, our portable traffic lights can continue to operate and display the correct signal phases even under significant radio interference, ensuring safe and efficient traffic flow. This breakthrough prevents confusion and delays in challenging conditions, demonstrating our commitment to reliability and safety. MIRRORING
The mirroring function increases safety by allowing two portable traffic light units—one on each side of the road—to display the same signal information simultaneously. This setup ensures that drivers, even in long queues or obstructed views caused by large vehicles, can clearly see the signals and react accordingly. By meeting local safety requirements and improving visibility for all drivers, the “Mirroring” function helps maintain a safer and more efficient work zone environment.
